Moderate to Severe Incontinence

A 55 year old woman had been experiencing mild , infrequent episodes of stress incontinence for about 8 years. In the last year she noticed the problem became much more frequent and the leaking much worse. She tried doing kegel's exercises for several months did not find that these exercises helped the problem. She was offered either an incontinence pessary or surgery. After considering the options she chose to undergo surgery - a Burch procedure. She underwent the surgery and found that her stress incontinence was completely cured.
