- During this exam, your healthcare provider will assess the strength of the pelvic floor muscles and the position of the pelvic organs (bladder, uterus).
- You can learn how to do the Kegel's (pelvic muscle) exercises.
- Your doctor or nurse can fit a pessary (a vaginal insert to support the pelvic organs) to help your incontinence problem.
